Returns & Exchanges
All Aure 0001 garments are part of a manufacturing process based on raw materials of 100% natural origin, dyed in an artisan process and details of printing and embroidery made by hand by Chilean women. This is why none of our products is 100% the same as the other. Each garment is unique in itself in terms of color and shape, therefore it needs special care described on the web. In relation to this, the products could look different from the reference photo on the web.
Conditions for changes or returns:
If your garment has a manufacturing fault, that is, it is not attributable to misuse of the product, you have a 3-month legal guarantee from receipt of the product to: exchange the product for a new one, exchange it for a different one or request The money refund. To do this, we request that you notify us of the product failure within the first 5 business days from receipt of the product to the email info@aure0001.cl
The product can only be changed as long as it comes totally new, with its corresponding packaging and seals.
If your product is in perfect condition, has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it, we offer you a voluntary 10-day guarantee to request a change in size, color or product, depending on availability.
As established by SERNAC, the Right of Withdrawal is optional and Aure does not adhere to this return policy.
